Using it as a team — by arrangement
A company-wide office (team channels, mail connection, templates, AI agents, RA Hub) with seats and a credit pool is provided under contract. Payment by tax invoice or bank transfer. Send your company name and headcount to admin@tailgatelab.com.
Payment methods
Individuals: domestic credit card — prices shown include VAT and the plan activates the moment payment completes (a digital service used immediately). Businesses: tax invoice and bank transfer.
No auto-renewal
A paid plan runs for one month from the payment date. It does not auto-renew — to keep using it, pay again before it expires. Unused credits do not roll over.
Withdraw within 7 days
You may withdraw within 7 days of the later of the payment date and the start of use (full refund if no paid feature has been used). See the payment, withdrawal and refund policy for the details.
